Buying A Home
When you begin the process of looking at houses, as your real estate agent we will evaluate all of the properties you’re interested in to determine which ones will fit your lifestyle and budget. We do this by visiting the properties with you, checking out the neighborhood and getting a sense of the local market. Once we have chosen a few that may appeal to you, we’ll schedule showings so that you can take a closer look. If you discover something doesn’t live up to your expectations after these showings, we will continue to provide options until your dream home is found.
Lease / Rent
As a real estate agent, we help clients find the perfect rental property or home to lease. As part of this process, we will show you houses for rent and answer any questions you may have about the property or the neighborhood. Our experienced agents help our client negotiate with the landlord to make sure that you get a fair price on the property. We will also recommend tools to help you prepare for any repairs that might become necessary once you purchase or move into their new rental, such as equipment for flooring installation and home inspection services.
